The Agriculture Department of the State built Farmers mobile App for the Farmers to test their Agri Inputs Quality Parameters before applying in the field.
The Farmers App connects with the HOD, MAO, ADA®, DDA O/o JDA and Insight Sample Collection App.
The farmers App have a Barcode provision to read the Quality standards of the inputs by scanning the barcode of the Agri Inputs.
The Dr YSR Agri Testing Labs at Constituency level will carry out basic tests and for advanced tests they act as Satellite Centers.
The Farmers can submit their Agriculture Input samples directly or through Agriculture Staff at Village Secretariat/ or through Agriculture Staff at Mandal Level through Farmers App to their nearest Dr YSR Agri Testing labs at Constituency level.
The farmer should produce the bill of purchase of inputs to Agriculture staff.
This is essential to test the Quality parameters of the samples.
The Integrated Lab AO updates the details of Seed, Fertilizer and pesticide samples received and tested in Farmers App and InSight App.
System generates an alert to State Integrated Agri Labs Section in case the farmer’s samples found substandard.The Analysis result to be communicated to the Farmers by hand / through mode of Mobile Message / by post in shortest possible time based on type of test requested.If any Agricultural Input is found Substandard, the Analyst of the Lab shares the information with the MAO, ADA (Regular), DDA O/o JDA and Integrated Cell of Commissionerate.
And also alerts the other MAOs in whose jurisdiction Dealer Outlets, that particular batch has been dispatched by Manufacturer through InSight App.
The follow-up action shall be done by the concerned Mandal Agricultural Officer/Quality Control Inspector for further necessary action in case of samples found Sub standard/Non standard.
